Positive Crankcase Ventilation

The PCV valve is a core component of the crankcase forced ventilation system, consisting of a valve body, valve, valve cover and spring, and is non-disassemblable. Its function is to introduce the blow-up gas (incompletely burned mixture) in the crankcase into the intake manifold through the valve for re-combustion, preventing the deterioration of engine oil and environmental pollution. This valve regulates the opening and closing degree by the vacuum degree of the intake manifold, reducing the entry of blow-by air at low speeds and increasing the blow-by air at high speeds.
